Driving Directions
From Queens and All Points West
|
Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE) East to Exit 33, Community Drive/Lakeville Road, and make a left turn. Continue on Lakeville Road to Northern Boulevard (about four lights) and make a right turn. Take Northern Boulevard to the second light. At that light, to your left will be a blue glass building. This is 865 Northern Boulevard. Make a left turn into the driveway to enter the underground parking facility. The Chiari Institute is in suite 302.
Alternate Route
Take the Grand Central Parkway East to Exit 26N (North), New Hyde Park Road. At the second light make a left turn onto the service road of the Long Island Expressway (LIE). You can only make a left turn at this light. At the next traffic light, make a right turn onto Community Drive. Continue on Community Drive to the fifth light, which is Northern Boulevard. Make a left turn onto Northern Boulevard, Come up the hill, and at the next traffic light there is a blue glass building Make a right turn into the parking area. The Chiari Institute is in suite 302 |

Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE) West to Exit 33, Community Drive/Lakeville Road. Exit onto the service road and get into the two far right lanes. Make a right at that traffic light. Continue on Community Drive to Northern Boulevard. At the fifth light, make a left turn onto Northern Boulevard. At the next light, make a right turn into the driveway of the blue glass building, which is 865 Northern Boulevard. Parking is available below the building. The Chiari Institute is in suite 302.

When Leaving NSUH, Make left on to Community Drive. Take to end. At the Long Island Expressway Service Road, Make a left. Proceed to the first traffic light, and make a right on to New Hyde Park Road. Continue on New Hyde Park Road until you get to a railroad crossing. Continue straight until you reach Stewart Avenue. Make a left onto Stewart Avenue. Continue on Stewart Avenue until it ends. The Garden City Hotel will be directly in front of you. The road will turn to the right, and become Cathedral Avenue. Stay on Cathedral Avenue until you reach Front Street. Make a left on Front Street. Continue on Front Street until you get to Clinton Street. Make left, 50 Clinton Street, is the first building on the right. |

Long Island Expressway (LIE)(495) to Exit 39 to Glen Cove Road. Take Glen Cove Road south. The street name will change to Clinton Street. Take Clinton Street south to the Hempstead Executive Plaza, 50 Clinton Street in Hempstead, between Fulton Avenue and Front Street.
Northern State Parkway to Exit 31 South to Clinton Street. Take Clinton Street south to the Hempstead Executive Plaza, 50 Clinton Street in Hempstead, between Fulton Avenue and Front Street.
Southern State Parkway to Exit 19 North to Peninsula Boulevard. Take Peninsula Boulevard North to Clinton Street in Hempstead. Make left, take Clinton Street north across Front Street to the Hempstead Executive Plaza, 50 Clinton Street.
Hempstead Turnpike (Route 24) from either east or west to Hempstead where the street name changes to Fulton Street. Take Fulton Street to Clinton Street. Take Clinton Street south to the Hempstead Executive Plaza, 50 Clinton Street, located next to the Quality Hotel. |

Parking |
| Parking for customers visiting the Center is available in the Lower Level of the Hempstead Executive Plaza. Motorists can access this area through an entrance on southbound side of Peninsula Boulevard, or by driving up the ramp on the northbound side of Clinton Street. The ramp leads to the Upper Level. Motorist can access a ramp to the Lower Level at the east side of the Upper Level parking lot. After taking the ramp to the Lower Level motorists should park in the spaces which are not otherwise reserved on the south side of the Lower Level parking lot. |

| To stop on Front Street take the N46, 47, 48, or 49. To stop on Fulton Street take the N70, 71, or 72. The Hempstead Works Center is located in the Hempstead Executive Plaza, 50 Clinton Street in Hempstead, between Front Street and Fulton Street. |
To Enter the Hempstead Executive Plaza
The following are entrances to the Hempstead Executive Plaza:
- Upper Level Entrance, located on the south side of the building at the first floor
- Lower Level Entrance, located on the west side of the building at the lower level
- Clinton Street Concourse Entrance, located at te concourse between the Hempstead Executive Plaza and the Quality Hotel.
Access for the Disabled
The Center is physically accessible to individuals with disabilities. Both the Lower and Upper Levels of the Hempstead Executive Plaza are equipped with ramps at all entrances to accommodate wheelchairs. Elevator service to all floors is available at both levels. All doorways, rest rooms, and other facilities meet the specifications of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA).
